By booking or participating in services with Reiki Flow & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services and Cancellations
   • Reiki Flow & Co reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule, or cancel services at any time.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non‑refundable.
   • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
   • A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for all appointments. For urgent requests, please email hello@reikiflowandco.com.

1. Financial Transactions
   • Payments must be completed prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.
   • Donations and payments contribute directly to certifications, accessibility upgrades, and better equipment to enhance services.

1. Customer Expectations
   • Reiki Flow & Co strives to provide accurate information and reliable services, but we are not liable for errors, website downtime, or technical interruptions.
   • Reiki and Yoga are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical or veterinary care. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare providers or veterinarians for medical concerns.

1. Animal Reiki
   • Animal Reiki sessions are intended as complementary wellness support and do not replace veterinary care.
   • Owners are responsible for the safety, comfort, and supervision of their animals during sessions.
   • Reiki Flow & Co is not liable for any outcomes related to medical conditions or treatments.

1. House Call Appointments
   • Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and accessible environment for sessions conducted in their home.
   • Reiki Flow & Co reserves the right to refuse or end a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
   • Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be communicated prior to booking.
   • Clients are responsible for notifying household members or guests of the appointment to ensure privacy and focus.

1. Copyright and Use of Materials
   • All content, including class materials, website text, and branding, is the property of Reiki Flow & Co.
   • Materials may not be copied, adapted, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

1. User Conduct
   • Clients must engage respectfully and refrain from unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, spam, or unauthorized promotions.
   • Reiki Flow & Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these standards.

1. Accounts and Access
   • Reiki Flow & Co may disable or suspend accounts at its discretion if terms are violated.
   • Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
